But My Doctor Said. . .

But My Doctor Said. . .

But My Doctor Said. . .

This post is a major side quest, honestly, I’m just venting about a pet peeve of mine. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve heard someone say, “my doctor said…” Now, allow me to lead with physicians and modern medicine can be extremely wonderful and beneficial. I just don’t think it’s wise to follow something someone says so, blindly. I remember how hurt my heart was when I realized I wasn’t actually going to go to medical school. It had been a part of my identity since I was a young child.

Oh goodness, boy did I have the perfect resume. In high school I was basically in every afterschool activity. I played on multiple sports teams and was invited to participate in being a governor scholar. I was a collegiate athlete, and I participated in student government in university as well. Basically, I was doing everything I possibly could to have the best resume for medical school.

I was able to obtain my direct patient care hours working as a medical scribe for a physician. He literally sat on the board for UofL school of medicine. I just KNEW I was in. But then, something interesting happened. I was able to observe more of the day-to-day operations of a physician. The particular physician that I shadowed was a pain management specialist and an anesthesiologist. It was here that I witness firsthand the disturbing, nay predatory nature of big pharma.

I was shocked at the fact that doctors have an actual quota that they’re expected to meet. This man, the physician, whom I worked for, was a very honest, and forth coming man. He also seemed to care more about the health and quality of his patients. Sometimes they would be annoyed meeting with him. After having finally been referred to him by their primary care doctor, thinking they were finally going to get prescribed pain medication, or have a spinal injection to help relieve their pain, they were provided with something else- a lifestyle change.

Oh, that would have them HEATED! I suppose I could understand why. ‘I came here for help with my pain!” They would exclaim after he discussed the protocol with him. I’ve always remembered this protocol, and I always share the information with others when they’re complaining about how much pain they’re in.

Would you believe me if I told you that this doctor (who shall remain unnamed) would suggest that people incorporate mindfulness into their daily routine? Well, I sure didn’t expect to hear him telling his new patients this information, but he did. Meditation, deep breathing, and visualization was one of the first things he spoke of.

Now, after having done the research, and read testimonials from people who have literally learned to walk again, (after their doctors told them they never would) I’m able to see why he encouraged his patients to implement these changes. I’ve read about people healing their spine with their mind. && I myself, know of the amazing benefits of listening to solfeggio frequencies when a headache appears.

It’s true, I remember I would pop 4-6 pain pills at a time, but now, I’ve been able to go longer than an entire year not taking pain medication- popping on my headphones instead!

The physician also made it a point to tell people that they needed to lose weight. He wasn’t a jerk about it or anything. Just stating the fact that having access weight on the body applies unnecessary pressure to their spine and knees. Heck, we even see animals too fat to walk now because of the processed dog food! It’s wild, isn’t it? But the doctor would encourage people to cut out as much white as possible: white rice, white bread, white pasta, white sugar. No need to be alarmed, I asked about cutting out white people and apparently, that isn’t necessary.

&& of course, he would recommend people to get moving! He suggested low intensity movements such as yoga, and tai chi.

They actually threatened to FIRE this man if he didn’t prescribe more medications and perform more injections. Never mind the fact that there were some people who didn’t frequent the clinic as often as they once did now that their aliments had decreased significantly since implementing the lifestyle changes. I’m not sure what ever came of this physician, but I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to see behind the scenes, up close and personal, some of the things that go on in a clinical setting. && it was this experience that made me realize, maybe I don’t actually want to be a doctor.

Of course, that isn’t true. I love studying the human body, and I am extremely interested in the brain, and the mind itself. This doctor even let me know that he did independent research. Medical school teaches doctors how to administer medications, it teaches them contraindications, and of course, they too obtain an overview of the human body, and are able to learn which tests to run to determine what could be wrong with a person. But I just couldn’t shake the fact that a doctor, could potentially lose their job, their livelihood, if they didn’t meet a sales goal. But honestly, it does make sense.

His official stance on the matter is that taking pain medications doesn’t actually take the pain away. It simply raises the pain threshold, which results in needing an increase of pain medication to help manage the pain. Resulting in… needing more pain medication.

It makes perfect sense when you don’t think about it. There are people living with diseases that are preventable, and treatable with lifestyle changes. Take diabetes for example, do you know any diabetics who repeat the phrase, ‘my doctor said I’ll have to take this for the rest of my life.’ Not even just diabetics, I’ve heard people say:
‘my doctor said I’ll be on blood thinners for ever- or I’ll die’
‘the doctor said I’ll be on blood pressure pills for the rest of my life.’
‘I have to take aspirin everyday or I’ll have a heart attack and die.’

“We knew that if we got a patient on the drug, over time they would become a greater revenue stream. The longer the patient stayed on the drug, the higher the dose that they were going to use, the more revenue it was going to be worth to us.”
– Michael Babich, CEO of Insys Therapeutics

Like, at what point does this become racketeering? Organized crime? Because that sure is what it sounds like to me!

Hear me out. There are older Americans who do not believe in celiac disease because, ‘we didn’t have stuff like that in our day.’ && they’re not lying. They didn’t have ‘cross bred’ grains in their day, because apparently, GMO wheat wasn’t officially approved until 2024. Now, I’m not insinuating that no one, anywhere ever, had celiac disease before WW2. I am, however, specifically pointing out the fact that it sure did increase after the Green Revolution in the 50s and 60s. The reason is because modern wheat has a higher concentration of gluten proteins. Of course, industrial farmers spraying glyphosate (also known as roundup) on the wheat surely doesn’t help either!

I for one, sure didn’t believe in ADHD, and thought everyone was just ‘being a cool kid’ claiming they were autistic. That’s until I realized just how prevalent, and ever-increasing autism actually is in America. It’s shocking, alarming really. But it makes perfect sense when you don’t think about the fact that a lot of American foods contain ingredients completely illegal in other countries. && it makes perfect sense when you don’t think about the fact that more and more children are being injected with toxic substances before the age of three.

Oh, you know, just how it’s completely normal for children to be injected with substances such as aluminum and mercury. Are these abnormal substances to inject into children? No? Okay, I mean, I suppose, when you don’t think about it.

gelatin
chicken embryo
blood from the heart of cow fetuses
Human fetus dna
albumin from human blood plasma
Oil from the liver of a shark
armyworm ovaries
monkey kidneys

That’s not what’s on the dinner menu for the Adams family. These are extra ingredients in vaccinations. There are also ingredients such as: formaldehyde (yup!), polysorbate 80 (known to cause infertility), potassium chloride (which is used in lethal injections), phenol, borax, MSG, thimerosal, and triton X-100.

Does no one find this odd? Like, not at all? I mean, it makes perfect sense when you don’t think about the fact that mercury is an element used in batteries, and pesticides, because apparently, it’s perfectly safe to be injected. But apparently not safe to be digested? Pregnant women are encouraged to stay away from fish- because it could harm the baby. But. . . they inject pregnant women, with mercury, as well as children. Because. . . that’s logical?

You know, Medscape (think of this as Google for physicians) has a little blurb on their website that reads:

“Mercury in any form is poisonous. Mercury toxicity most commonly affects the neurologic, gastrointestinal, and renal organs systems. Poisoning can result from mercury vapor inhalation, mercury ingestion, mercury injection, and absorption of mercury through the skin.”

It’s perfectly reasonable to say that vaccines, possibly tooth fillings as well, can have side effects such as inflammation of the brain- and we know that an inflamed brain is a characteristic of autism. I’ve also learned that autism itself, is just a spectrum. Autism itself isn’t actually classified as a disease- it’s just a bunch of symptoms. Apparently, autism being a side effect of vaccines have been debunked. Interestingly, all of the publications that speak of this ‘debunking’ all cite the IOM.

The Institute of Medicine is a private organization that brings a committee of ‘prestigious’ individuals together to discuss issues related to public health. Are they paid by the government? Yes, oftentimes, but not always. Sometimes their payments come from big pharma. They’re so cool, they aren’t even required to disclose who paid them, or how much they were paid individually for their review. This is the same entity that debunked Agent Orange, which later came out the be a blatant lie.

&& you just gotta love a company that supports their staff, right? Dr. Frank DeStefano was caught red handed covering up information that showed certain vaccines increase the risk of autism. Was this man fired? Of course not! He was promoted to being the Director of the Immunization Safety Office. Seems like he’s the perfect fit for the job, right? Especially when you completely ignore the fact that there’s a law called the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act which was established in 1986, and the PREP Act which went into effect in 2005.

According to this law, and it sounds insane, similarly to how it’s illegal to ride a horse on the left side of the street on a Sunday while eating an ice cream cone or something. But, according to this law, vaccine manufactures can’t, as in, cannot, be held liable for any damages such as injury, or death, because the side effects were “unavoidable.‘ Quick question, would you willingly take a pill, or get on a plane for that matter, where the manufacture had no legal liability for your death?

Do they? Because from my research, in 2011 during the supreme court case of Bruesewitz vs Wyeth, the court ruling essentially solidified that vaccine products specifically, are covered by this act. But people HAVE sued the manufacture of vaccines and big pharma has had to pay, right? Not exactly, people cannot simply sue Pfizer, or AstraZeneca. They’d have to go to a specific court, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), and it’s actually the federal government who pays those claims. How many cases do you think they actually see a year? Even better, how long do you think it’ll take for a case to even be considered? That’s your homework for this evening.

Could THIS be why the number of doses for vaccines have quadrupled since the late 80s, and early 90s? Hmm…. when did the increase in autism start? πŸ€”

You can never really say, ‘MMR doesn’t cause autism.’ But frankly, when you get in front of the media, you better get used to saying it, because otherwise people hear a door being left open when a door shouldn’t be left open.”
Dr. Paul Offit, FDA & CDC Advisor

Now, I’m NOT telling anyone to avoid getting vaccinated. I’m simply suggesting that one ask to see the insert of the vaccine before getting stuck, or before allowing your child to get stuck, because legally, that’s where they disclose the risk associated with the medication. Matter of fact, ask your doctor, or the person so eager to inject you, if they themselves have ever read the information pamphlet that’s inserted in the box of the vaccine.

Because let’s be real, they made Covid-19 seem like people were just dropping like flies, but in reality, how many people actually died? According to a quick google search, there were 377,883 people who died from covid in 2020. That is a lot, and I personally knew a woman who succumbed to the disease.

697,000 people died from heart disease in 2020. && a massive 1,800,000 (that’s 1.8 MILLION) people died from lung cancer in 2020. To be clear, I’m telling you that in 2020, almost twice the number of people died from heart disease than Covid. && almost 4x as many people died from lung disease in 2020 than those who died from Covid-19.

How many of you were told by your doctor that covid vaccines were leading to cardiac arrest in young people, changes in menstrual cycles, decreasing sperm counts, oh yeah, and uhm… death? No one? Not even one? I’m grateful that an ER nurse explicitly warned me not to take the medication because it was causing people to drop like flies! Thankfully, I never needed to visit the ER for covid symptoms during that strange strange time.

Medical professionals are only sharing information that they’ve been taught. Many of them haven’t read the transcripts of an IOM meeting where they explicitly state that they’ll NEVER admit that vaccines lead to autism, because then, people would stop taking them. I kid you not. Read the transcript, it’s long, but skim it, use AI to help with the main points, but at least, read it.

I remember for months in 2020, the governor of my state would get on television informing Kentuckians of how many people had died that day from covid. && how much their lives mattered. Kentuckians were encouraged to do their part by getting vaccinated. They even offered a million-dollar raffle! But what they didn’t do is officially test how effective the vaccine was in actually preventing the transmission of the disease. I’m not saying covid wasn’t a thing- it was very real. But people weren’t dropping like flies from the virus alone. Let’s be real. As mentioned above, there are other diseases that people are dying from in much larger quantities. They have been, and will continue to, in this systemic, racketeering psyop.

They gaslight people into thinking they are crazy for questioning the validity of vaccinations, and the medical system in general. Many medical professionals feel the need to speak anonymously because they know they’ll get canceled, fired, and have their lives uprooted if they speak the truth of what they see, and how they played a role in the matter. Thankfully, there are those who do speak up, but it’s up to US to educate ourselves, and look at the argument from as many angles as we can.

Why would someone be deemed as an ‘anti-vaxxer’ just because they want to know what ingredients they’re being injected with? Why is it considered ‘bad parenting’ for a mother to rationalize, ‘when would my child ever come into contact with this disease?‘ Or to ask themselves, ‘if there was no vaccine for this, and the disease was contracted, what is the likelihood of survival? What’s the associated risks?

What’s so wild to me is that big pharma spends BILLIONS of dollars advertising their medications (which you can only get from the doctor, and can only have prescribed at a pharmacy).

Every single medication advertised on television includes a lengthy warning of the associated risks. Why are vaccines so secretive? Could it be because it’s mandated? && yes, they are. Can children go to school without being vaccinated? Do you remember when people needed a vax card to enter the grocery store? Yet people are not supposed to question what they’re mandated to have injected into their body? && they’re bullied if they choose not to. Ostracized even!

People with autoimmune disorders are STILL taking vaccines, and what is a vaccine known to do? Cause inflammation. Makes perfect sense when you don’t think about how dumb it actually is. Why would a person with an inflammatory disease be injected with something that is designed to cause inflammation?

As mentioned in the introduction of this blog post, this is more of a venting blog. Meaning, I didn’t start off with an actual outline or anything like that. I’m literally just sitting here typing. But I would like to circle back to how this system is racketeering, organized crime, at least in my opinion.

There is evidence to support that it’s more beneficial for medical patients to remain sickly, as opposed to actually being healed. Not to say that doctors do not care about their patients, but there’s only so much that could be accomplished when one is only equipped with the knowledge from an institution that’s in cahoots with the organized crime.

Doctors prescribing insulin to type 2 diabetics- I mean, wow. Pure intentions I would assume? But do they really not know any better? Or is it that they just gotta do what they’re told to avoid termination?

I remember when I was helping a family member get their diabetes under control via diet and exercise. Would you believe me if I told you, that their doctor told them, that their diabetes was too controlled?

One should not consider themselves to be shitted. That doctor legitimately said that because their bloodwork came back with such impressive levels, they were ‘fearful’ that my family member’s A1C and blood pressure -get this- would drop too low.

Now, at the time of writing this, and at the time of the incident, I wasn’t a medical professional. But I had enough sense to know that it was time to either reduce the medication or remove it altogether. This was a wonderful thing, not something to ignite fright. Unless of course, you earn a living prescribing medications that mask symptoms as opposed to correcting the underlying issue.

I have literally sat in a room with a person I loved as they met with a dietician, and that ‘trained professional’ recommended including ultra processed foods in their diet on a daily basis. I’ve heard ‘trained professionals’ encourage people to get off of butter and use margarine instead. You know, because canola oil, vegetable oil, and emulsifiers are so much healthier. I have even heard these ‘trained professionals’ say that it’s unhealthy to eliminate entire food groups. && I just find this massive construct to be so dystopian.

Because we really live in a society that tells mothers that it’s completely normal to dump out THEIR BREAST MILK and give their infant child powdered milk instead. Thankfully, unlike vaccine manufactures, baby formula manufacturers can be sued. Which is good to know, considering the fact that many infant formulas contain toxic heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, cadmium, and of course mercury. Why corn syrup would need to be one of the primary ingredients in infant formula is beyond my comprehension. && some women may think they’re choosing a better option for their children by purchasing a soy-based formula, but they actually contain more aluminum. Did you know aluminum accumulates in the brain?

It makes perfect sense when you don’t think about the fact that the FDA allows a higher concentration of these metals than what other independent researchers considers to be safe for developing brains.

So, back when I was ever so interested in having the perfect resume for medical school, I was fortunate enough to work with one of my state representatives who was an advocate for public health. He was even featured in a documentary (which I thought was pretty cool) discussing lobbying in the federal government. The name of the documentary slips my mind, but if I’m able to locate it, I’ll insert it here. Let me tell you, the lobbyist for the meat, dairy, salt, and sugar industries came out swinging full force. How does one fight back against an entity that literally has billions of dollars, media influence, and can have you blackballed? Not systemically like they do, but academically.

People must first be equipped with the knowledge of the way the system works. Then, they must be equipped with the knowledge, as well as the resources to overcome systemic programming. The more testimonials that people share on their social media pages, on their blogs, and the more people who take their health in their hands being living testimonies for their doctors the better.

People need to have access to quality food, and fresh produce. Many Americans are living in food desserts. Meaning there isn’t a place to purchase affordable fresh produce because they don’t have transportation, and there aren’t any stores anywhere in walking distance. Currently, I have to travel a minimum of three miles to get to a Kroger. && a whopping 18 miles, yes, EIGHTEEN miles, to travel to a Whole Foods, or Trader Joes. Luckily for me they’re right by each other. && of course, there are local farmers markets during the warmer months, but not in walking distance of my area.

Let’s break this down realistically. A 35 year old woman, is a single mother to a 9 year old child. Each day, she gets her child up for school, sending the child off with clean clothes, and a positive attitude. This woman is fortunate to have the ability to drive her child to school each day before she goes to her job as an essential worker earning let’s say. $22 an hour. Which is extremely generous seeing as the average wage for an essential worker is $15 in my city- with many companies paying less than that!

She’s frugal so she packed her lunch with her, and she’s fortunate, because her child’s school provides transportation for the child to ride a bus to an after-school program, where she picks him up after her shift. More than likely the child ate at school, but they may stop somewhere else to grab a quick bite. && at this point, it’s probably about 5-6 in the afternoon, but the day isn’t over yet! Noooo. The child also has some sort of sporting event, whether that be practice, or an actual game. Whew! Both mom and the child are hungry now. && she may stop at yet another fast-food restaurant, or she may fix something to eat when they get home- which is after 9pm. && the child still needs to do their homework, bathe, and rest before repeating the entire process again tomorrow.

It’s convenient. I’ve heard that fast food prices are also increasing. But honestly, who could blame a mother who has $40 to spend at the grocery store, as opposed to the $70 that she had last month, but you know, gas is increasing, electricity increased with the new data center down the road, && of course the whole inflation from covid prices that never returned to regular price. A bag of apples is $7. Two avocados are $5. A bunch of greens, $4. A bag of walnuts $6. A gallon of milk $4. Bread $4. && these aren’t even things that could actually make a meal. So, she stocks up on rice, chicken legs, chicken thighs, frozen spinach, potatoes. She does the best she can, but she’s swapped! She barely has any time to cook throughout the week- and the child is just as tired!

They’re eating more ultra processed foods, so they’re getting fatter. They’re fatigued and have brain fog. They’re irritable. Have painful menstrual cycles. Fibroids leading to hysterectomies. Cysts on their ovaries. Lumps on their breast and testes. Diabetes from having excess oil in their diets. Inflammation and high blood pressure due to stress. && do you know what the ironic thing is? These are all ailments that can be prevented by lifestyle, as well as reversed with lifestyle.

But impoverished people do not have the luxury of eating an abundance of nutrient dense foods. They do, however, have the luxury of being prescribed medications that mask their symptoms. && some of them are fortunate enough to receive financial assistance to ensure they’re able to get the drugs that they need. The dealer doctor gets their cut, pharmacies get their cut, big pharma get their cut- everyone wins.

Well, everyone who is part of the systemic organized racketeering. But of course, not most of the patients, obviously, but, as long as they feel like they’re receiving adequate care, that’s all that is important right? Absofuckinglutely incorrect.

The fortunate impoverished person will take their insurance card to a mental health professional to discuss the hardships that they face && that mental health professional will have the audacity to tell them that they’re bipolar, struggling with anxiety, or that they have some other chemical imbalance. Which of course, they’ll conclude that they need some form of medication to help them cope. When in all actuality, what they need is to be educated about the dystopian system that they live in.

Please tell me, how does a pill correct what was brought upon by poverty? A pill to fix high blood pressure due to the stress of providing for children while working at a job that barely provides enough for themselves. How does a pill fix heart disease induced by a vaccine? Or diabetes from surviving on fried food from the value menu of a fast-food restaurant? Can a pill really fix most of the health issues that are prevalent today? Or does it come down to a change in lifestyle?

Makes zero sense to me! && when I ask other people if things make sense to them, many of them respond with, ‘that’s just the way it is.’ Like, honestly, we live in the era of free information. People literally died for our right to be able to read, to write, and to have an education. This is exactly what I mean when I say fck the matrix! This odd massive construct that we live in. Because it is silly AF. As young gods and young goddesses we have been given a brain, that has deductive, inductive, and abductive reasoning- which simply means, we’re born with common sense. && I know they jokingly say that it isn’t common, but it actually is inherent. People have just been gaslit into compliance- which is stupid.

Anyways, enough of my little rant. May you now have a better understanding of what I mean when I say that you gotta think a little bit differently to rock with me. But don’t just take something that some random girl on the internet says and run with it. Click the links to the cited sources. If I mentioned something in this blog post that stood out to you that doesn’t have a citation- go look for one. Do your own research- that is essentially the entire point of this blog post. Utilize critical thinking. Take pride in being a skilled deliberate thinker. && avoid confirmation bias. This will help to expand your mind. Remember, all things are possible- they are! The best is yet to come. && the odds are always in your favor. Take care!
