High Dating Standards Non Disclosure Dating Agreements

High Dating Standards Non Disclosure Dating Agreements

Interested in listening to the accompanying podcast of this blog post? This episode goes into detail of how implementing non-disclosure agreements have been beneficial in my high dating standards.

Beautiful day lovely humans. Thank you so much for reading another one of my blog posts. && if this is your first time here- LET ME LOVE ON YOU!!! Muahzzz πŸ˜™

Today, I’d like to share with you the next step that I began implementing into my life in regards to high dating standards. I require men to sign a non-disclosure dating agreement. I’ve already covered how women can do their due diligence of protecting their personal information in this blog post. I encourage all women to complete this step prior to entering the dating scene.

The initial vetting system that I’ve implemented into my high dating standards are rooted in protecting privacy as well as establishing boundaries. Here’s a brief overview of what this blog post entails.

High Dating Standards Non-Disclosure Dating Agreement Highlights:

  • NDAs are a non-negotiable part of my dating screen.
  • I took the time to visualize what I’d like for my life to look like in the future, as well as what my ideal marriage looks like, and worked my way backwards from there.
  • NDAs are in place to help maintain my privacy during a courtship.
  • In my personal opinion, NDAs showcase maturity and alignment (as opposed to mistrust) between partners.
  • Platforms that I’ve used to create and distribute NDAs
  • Every man who I’ve asked to sign an NDA has signed it.
  • I’ve provided a digital course that goes into detail of how to implement my high dating standards veting system.

Why My High Dating Standards Require A Non-Disclosure Agreement Before Ever Giving Out A Personal Telephone Number

I was offered a position at a company that was contingent upon the successful completion of their employment screening. If I’m being honest with you, I didn’t even want the job. Then, I began thinking of how common it was for companies in the tech space to require candidates to sign a non-disclosure agreement to INTERVIEW for a position. This led me to the realization that people go through all of this, simply to apply for a job- that they don’t even want! Isn’t it also a privilege to enter my life?

Are companies compromising on their employment screenings? Or their workplace policies? No, they aren’t.

How much more valuable am I? Working in tech gave my impressionable mind the idea that I too could own and operate a unicorn company. That’s when I had the realization that I am a unicorn- in my own right!

I truly do feel that this was a divine download. && I’ve been considering ways that I could become the CEO of my life.

I decided in that very moment that I would take responsibility of the choices that I’ve made in my life. Where have those choices led me? What have I learned from those choices?

Next, I thought of my desired outcome and began working my way backwards.

This began by envisioning the type of company that I see myself owning. The culture, it’s philosophy, philanthropy, operating procedures, as well as it’s products and services of course. In addition to this, I thought of the quality of life, and day to day activities that I envision my future self having.

Working backwards from my ideal marriage, I saw that it was just as important to have clarity here- before I ever begin dating. The goal is marriages, yes. But I’d like to know the deal before saying, “I Do!”

I get it, my content seems to be focused on the logical and analytical side of dating. The planning it entails, as well as the structure that I implement. && implementing a non-disclosure dating agreement just seems appropriate for my high dating standards.

High Dating Standards: Non- Disclosure Dating Agreements Are For Alignment

As opposed to mistrust. The purpose of a non-disclosure agreement is to protect ideas, discussions, and personal information. In this day of age, women could benefit from an extra layer of protection. Especially with all of the vulnerable positions women can find themselves in. Requiring a non-disclosure dating agreement isn’t to scream, “I have high standards!” It’s to convey a level of maturity and ultimately their intention of seeking alignment.

I encourage women to protect their personal thoughts, ideas, and private matters the same way any business would protect its intellectual property.

How I implement a non-disclosure agreement into my high dating standards.

Usually when a man approaches me, I provide him with the space to shoot his shot as they say. This usually entails a brief conversation, followed by him asking for my telephone number. I then respond with something along the lines of, ‘Perhaps. Would you be open to signing a non-disclosure agreement?’

If the answer is an immediate no, he’ll move along to a new prospect. If he is curious about what it is, and why it matters I’ll explain. Typically, it’s the same response, ‘It’s a document that covers what I’m comfortable with and not comfortable with.’ If they ask why I require it, a simple, ‘because I value my privacy’ is sufficient.

There have been times when I didn’t bring up the NDA until the end of the first phone call. As you’ll recall from the first step in the vetting system, everyone receives a public telephone number until they’ve shown themselves to be a safe person to receive access to my personal telephone number.

Honestly, that’s all a man needs. He’ll either sign it or he won’t. Of course, there may be a select few that won’t think the woman is being serious. Or who will attempt to gain access to her without signing the NDA. But that’s when the woman would firmly establish that boundary and stop all communication.

What My High Dating Standard Non-Disclosure Agreement Actually Covers

I chose to draft mine as a non-disclosure and courtship confidentiality agreement. Think, do you accept the terms & conditions, type of thing. It covers any written, oral, digital, and visuals shared privately. This includes private conversations, messages, personal stories, family matters, past experiences or traumas that I share. It also covers photos of me, business concepts of mine, as well as my creative ideas. && of course, it protects my location, known whereabouts, as well as details of any intimate experiences that were shared.

It also protects my likeness

In this digital age, I thought it was imperative to include the use of my name, likeness, images, and voice. In my previous blog post I went over how easy it is to obtain personal information. It’s even easier, to digitally alter content via AI and deepfake tools. Unfortunately, this is the reality that we live in. Back in my day, a woman was concerned about a man leaking private photos to his friends, or randomly online. However, in this day of age, all a person would need is a photo of their face.

Essentially,

The non-disclosure dating agreement protects commentary about the relationship itself. During the relationship, as well as after the relationship. The intention is to prevent reputational, emotional, or social harm.

It’s all pretty straight forward. It’s an appropriate length. Avoids complex legal jargon. && let’s makes them aware of the boundaries that I have in place concerning my life.

Basically, they’re signing saying they agree that our personal conversations remain private. My personal information remains private. && that my photos or details of my life can only be shared with my written permission. Including when the relationships ends.

What My High Dating Standard Non-Disclosure Dating Agreement Does NOT Cover

I don’t feel that any person should be held liable for information that becomes publicly known through no fault of their own. Nor would I hold that person responsible for information they obtained prior to signing the documentation. && any information that is disclosed to them by a third party is basically fair game. I’d like to think that I’m a fair individual.

However, with that being said, it is THEIR responsibility to protect the information that they do obtain after having signed the document. Ignorance isn’t an excuse. “Oh, my home boy was looking through my phone and read our text messages.’ Is simply idiotic.

But if they knew my personal address because they just so happened to have been a previous Uber driver of mine. Or if they some how snapped an unveiled photo of me prior to signing. Heck, they may have even seen a photo of me from someone’s Facebook account & kept it. (this is why I encourage women to do their due diliegence when it comes to online dating protection)

How I Send My Non-Disclosure Dating Agreements

Digitally! I had one man physically sign in person, and we went over the agreement together. But it wasn’t notarized. However, I did ask him to see his drivers license prior to him signing. Ultimately, I suggest all NDAs be notarized. Alternatively, I’ve sent a document for a man to sign on DigiSigner. But again, it wasn’t notarized. && I genuinely do feel that they should be. Now, I specifically use online notary platforms.

Options for sending & receiving non-disclosure agreements:

  • Docusign, HelloSign, DigiSigner all have free options to send documents, and request signatures.
  • Notarize is an option for a fully remote notary. They have a wonderful feature where individuals are able to speak directly with a licensed notary public. They require the signer to verify their identification. && this is my personal recommendation.
  • BlueNotary is another option for virtual notarization.
  • As well as OneNotary.

I suggest placing the financial responsibility of the notary to be on the person asking to enter your life. As mentioned previously, I charge for my number. Even if there isn’t a distinct initial tribute that goes directly to me. That man is coming out of his pocket to engage in conversation with me, as well as being in my presence. Most men are familiar with spending money on dates. But not many men have had the same rigor applied to them in dating, as they’ve received in the workplace.

Templates are relatively easy to customize

Remember, when it comes to my high dating standards, legally binding is key. I’m not an attorney at this exact moment in time. Therefore, I rely heavily on templates from places such as RocketLawyer (which is actually a pretty amazing site!). Templates are fairly easy to find. Heck, you could even ask AI to draft something for you and then have it reviewed by an attorney. It’s always a good idea to cover your basics when it comes to legal matters.

Some Legal Documents Require an Address

Personally, I do not have myself on the signature of the NDA. It simply asks for the signature of the pursuer and lists myself, or the name of my company in the body. However, sometimes there are situations where a physical address is required. This is why I encourage women to have some sort of legal entity. Of which they are the manager of. && they have documentation of the virtual (or physical) address that they can use. This was covered in the previous blog post regarding online dating protection.

I’ve Asked Several Men For Their Opinion Of My High Dating Standards

To this day, all of them (except for ONE) have said that they think it’s a good idea. These were men of different backgrounds, cultures, and ages. None of them were attempting to date me. Except for the one who said that was doing too much. Needless to say, that man never got my number. && I only allowed him to be useful in exposure therapy.

They all stated that they wouldn’t have any issues with it. Two of the men were police officers and thought it was a brilliant idea. One man said his wife has a friend who does something similar. One man, a family member, said, “Damn cuz. I don’t know too many men who would do that. But if he wants you he will.” An elderly retired marine said he thinks every woman in America should implement this. Three of my older cousins said they look forward to meeting the man who makes it through to meet them.

There are a few men in my family who have volunteered to act as a fatherly figure on my behalf. && they seem eager to screen the men who dare to enter my life. They each have said they’ll take him more seriously. Especially knowing what systems I have in place before the men make it to their portion of the dating screen.

It’s so important for women to have MEN in their life who value them. If they don’t have a father, I encourage women to seek out church members. Or to join a self defense class and ask the instructor to fill in for that role.

Oddly, every woman. . .

Literally, ever single woman who I’ve spoken to about my dating screen, has said, “that’s doing to much!” or “Ain’t no man going to do that!” However, the feedback that I’ve received from men, has led me to believe that the vetting system that I implement into my high dating standards are crucial.

The purpose of dating is to collect data.

People date (at least in my opinion) to observe. They’re looking to see if the person that they’re dating is actually aligned with the vision they have of their future spouse. Dating is more than simply enjoying the moment. Of course, having fun with each other is super important too. But what truly matters are the patterns that person is displaying. The character they have. && if their lifestyle matches yours. This is where being the CEO of your life comes into play.

&& remember,

Not every person who applies for a position in a the life of a woman should be hired. Likewise, not every person who currently holds a position deserves to be promoted. I go into more detail about this in the blog post linked here.

How to Build Your Personal High Dating Standards Non-Disclosure Agreement

I encourage women to sit down and remind themselves what really matters to them. What in their lives do they feel is worth protecting? && if they’re unable to immediately answer these questions, I encourage them to reflect on the answer. Also, I think it’s important to have a timeframe of how long the NDA will last. Personally, mine is set to indefinitely (the same way certain companies require individuals to release perpetual use of their likeliness). But, that could be seen as a bit strict. So, women should ultimately make the choice that feels right for them, and speak with an attorney.

Stay tuned, because in the next blog post I’ll be going into detail of why I require a background check a well as an STI test before getting too serious with a man.

Conclusion

Hopefully you have a better comprehension of how, as well as why I implement non-disclosure dating agreements into my routine. I get it, having high dating standards can be off putting to some men. But honestly, that’s the point! I’m someone who believes in dating with the intention of marriage. Transparency is important to me. As is self respect, which is why I have began implementing this dating vetting system into my life.

This sets the tone of the relationship moving forward.

I remember years ago I gave a man my number and continuously reminded him to call me by my name. As opposed to whatever little pet name he felt compelled to call me the very first day that we spoke. (&& he didn’t even call, he was just texting me) I kid you not, he literally responded to me saying, “oh you must gotta daddy.” && proceeded to NEVER text me again!! πŸ˜…

I’ve had enough experiences with men, and have learned from the experiences of others, that having high dating standards can help preserve one’s dignity and privacy. Having high dating standards, and a proper vetting process, protects women from casual and insincere advances. Its main purpose is to filter out men who are unwilling to respect her privacy, or her boundaries.

The non-disclosure dating agreement is a layer of protection

It ensures all aspects of women’s lives are protected. The data that I’ve collected speaks for itself. Most men, know how other men are. && they’d like for the women who they’d like to protect, to be protected from those type of men.

As always,
